ORDERING

Minimum mail order is $10.00; minimum charge purchase is $20.00. Make checks or money orders (in US currency) payable to "IMO". Returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee. Online orders deliverable within the lower 48 US states may use Google Checkout.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Telephone orders may be made using Visa or MasterCard. (If no one is in, please don.t be bashful about speaking to the machine.) To place a telephone order please try to use the hours of 9:00 to 6:00 EST. Email is checked frequently you can email us at imo@caves.org.

SALES TAX

Unless the law changes, sales tax of 7.0% applies only to orders delivered within Georgia.

BACKORDERS

Orders are normally shipped on the day of receipt. In the event of a delay of over 48 hours, you will be notified by e-mail, phone, or mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please include your order number on all correspondence, and be sure to tell us clearly what you want us to do. Any item (except bulbs, batteries, and chargers) in like-new condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days; simply return the item (with all packaging intact and in salable condition) and include enough postage to cover shipment of the replacement. IMO is not responsible for loss or damage in transit (see Insurance). A 15% restock fee is charged after 30 days. If you are returning suits, please fold them!

GROTTO DISCOUNTS

IMO offers a 5% discount to any NSS internal organization on orders totaling $300 or more for "grotto store" stock. No other discounts are available; we try to give all our customers the best possible prices all the time.

SHIPPING

Orders must be received at IMO before 11 a..m. in order to be shipped the same day. (Our UPS pickup is at 1 p.m.) Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service if a deliverable street address is provided. USPS Priority Mail may be used for orders under 2 pounds and for all orders to post office box addresses. Please provide both addresses, if applicable, and note if either service is not acceptable.

PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICES

Premium delivery services are also available and will be billed at actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee, or charged to your shipper's account. Just note your delivery preference in the Comments section of the Order form. Available options include: United Parcel Service (UPS): Next Day Air (incl. Saturday Delivery), 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. Orders must be received at IMO by 11 a..m. Eastern for UPS premium services. U.S. Postal Service (USPS): Express Mail, Priority Mail. ROPE ORDERS

Because of their weight, rope orders will incur a surcharge of $1.00 per 90 feet (30 meters) or fraction thereof, after the first 90 feet.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Foreign orders will be charged actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee. Send us an email with your full address and we can give you a shipping quote.

INSURANCE

All UPS and shipments are automatically insured for $100.00. For insurance above this amount, add $.35 per hundred dollars or fraction thereof, after the first hundred dollars. USPS shipments are not insured except by customer request; see your post office (click USPS) for value-based insurance rates and add the proper amount.
